Marketing Manager*in

The tasks:

• You are responsible for internal and external online and offline communication within the company.
• You are also responsible for the implementation, planning and organization of marketing concepts, trade fairs and events.
• You commission and coordinate external service providers such as agencies or booth builders.
• You create flyers, posters and other layouts for newsletters, social media or advertising material.
• You take care of our homepage as well as our social media activities (LinkedIn, Facebook...).
• You bring innovative ideas and take care of their implementation.

Profile:

• You have completed an apprenticeship in marketing or a degree in marketing, media, communication.
• You have initial professional experience in marketing or corporate communications (preferably in B2B communications).
• You are able to explain complex content in an understandable and appealing way and have a good feeling for images, text and design.
• Of course, you are not lacking in a good portion of creativity and will to design.
• You are just as familiar with social media and online marketing as you are with traditional media.
• Ideally, you already have knowledge in the use of WordPress/ Typo3, Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Basic knowledge in SEO/SEA is desirable.
• Working independently is a matter of course for you.
• Very good German and English skills (written and spoken).

Training as a metal technology specialist (start 2023)

The tasks:

• You work with metals and materials such as iron, steel, copper or aluminium.
• You select suitable tools and machines.
• You operate production machines.
• You assemble components according to drawings.

• You prepare our products for transport.

Apprenticeship as industrial mechanic (start 2023)

The tasks:

• You will learn about materials and their properties.
• You learn metalworking with tools and machines - turning, milling, drilling, welding.
• You learn to read and understand technical drawings.
• You perform manual machining or finishing of components.
• You assemble components according to drawings.
• You will supervise the assembly of individual components and assemblies up to the finished system.
• You gain experience in the field of compressed air technology, mechanical engineering and plant construction.
• You will learn how to identify, isolate and rectify faults and malfunctions on machines.
• If you wish, we will take you along on assembly assignments (not obligatory).
