We have recently commissioned a state-of-the-art compressed air station for nitrogen generation in collaboration with our specialist partner, Wörther Druckluft GmbH. A total of four compressors are available to supply compressed air for our GEN-100 nitrogen generators .

The two nitrogen generators are designed redundantly and operate on a primary load alternation basis. They produce the required flow rate of up to 150 m³/h with a nitrogen purity of 99.9% (Nitrogen 3.0). The nitrogen is then refined to a purity of 99.999% (Nitrogen 5.0) by two hydrogen catalysts, also redundant, operating in parallel.
