Much forward movement at KSI

The sheer volume of the latest news suggests only one thing: KSI has used the cold months to align itself even better and now to start the spring stronger and with a lot of freshness. All of these changes are inextricably linked to exciting personnel changes.

Our two colleagues Jonas Schroers and Moritz Bojahr take the lead here because it is the longest step for both of them. This dynamic duo now represents KSI Technologies Canada, headquartered in Cambridge near Toronto. While Jonas Schroers organizes the local office and takes care of the orders and the wire back home, Moritz Bojahr will be our face in the North American market. The head of the whole thing is Mirko Krebs, who has been the driving force behind business there over the past few months and has thus laid the foundation for everything else. He is also the link to the management in Willich and controls the strategy.

"The development in Canada provides us with clear proof of what we at KSI actually achieve at our headquarters in Willich," describes KSI Managing Director Holger Krebs. "It is with the utmost conviction that we are leaving the development of our new foothold in North America to our own employees. Not every company is capable of filling such responsible positions with its own or the company's own junior staff!"

The owner-managed family company has made a virtue out of the resulting need to find a new field service colleague for southern Germany after Moritz Bojahr "emigrated" - and doubled the support for specialist trade partners. We now have our own field sales representative for Bavaria and Austria, and our new colleague Martin Frey is already on the road in the name and on behalf of KSI. He comes from the greater Bamberg area, and is already getting to know his customer base.

In addition, promising talks are already underway that there will soon be a comparable solution for the southwest. Until then, sales manager Markus Meier and the sales office will jointly look after the partners from Baden-Württemberg. While the sales office takes care of all questions regarding filters, oil separators and recoding, Markus Meier answers the inquiries regarding concrete projects and designs.

Florian Rick

Finally, we have some particularly good news to share: after a brief interlude, Florian Rick, field sales representative for partners in the western part of the country, has returned to us. "For Florian, for us and for our partners, this is a really nice story," says Holger Krebs. "Because this return also shows the values and the community we have built with our company."
